Due to the complexity of certain data processing procedures today, it has become essential to provide certain services with the assistance of third parties. For this purpose, Kameh uses external service providers, e.g., for web hosting and IT systems, to whom your data is provided for this purpose. These service providers are processors within the meaning of Art 28 GDPR, who are contractually obligated to treat your data confidentially and to process your data only within the scope of their service provision. These processors include in particular the following:
It is possible that the recipient of your personal data is located outside the European Union or processes your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not correspond to that in Austria or other member states of the European Union. However, Kameh will only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or Kameh takes measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection, for which Kameh concludes standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC).
Under certain circumstances, Kameh may be required by law to disclose your data to, for example, regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies. However, this is only to the extent necessary to prevent and/or detect fraud and other crimes or to ensure network and data security.

A cookie is a small text file that stores settings. It is downloaded by your Internet browser the first time you open the website. The next time you open the website with the same device, the cookie and the information stored in it is sent back to the website that generated it (first party cookie). Provided that you use the same device as before, cookies remember, for example, your preferences, tell how you use a page and adapt the offers displayed to your personal interests and needs. Absolutely necessary cookies, also called "strictly necessary", ensure functions without which you could not use the website as intended. Such cookies ensure, if necessary, the functionality of the website.
If you delete all your cookies later, it will be necessary to perform the process again. If your security settings are too high and the cookie is blocked, Kameh will not be able to perform your opt-out request. In order to optimise the website in terms of system performance, user-friendliness and provision of useful information about services, the website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to Kameh. This includes your Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser, GPS coordinates and language setting, operating system, referrer URL, your Internet service provider and date/time as well as the content accessed. This data is not merged with personal data sources. Kameh reserves the right to check this data retrospectively if concrete indications of illegal use become known.
Your personal data is protected by appropriate organizational and technical measures (precautions). These measures relate in particular to protection against unauthorized, illegal or even accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation. Please note that no liability whatsoever can therefore be accepted for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by Kameh and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g., hacking of email account or telephone, interception of faxes).
As a data subject you have rights in the sense of the GDPR (Art 15 to 22 GDPR):
You can send your request for information, deletion, correction, objection and/or data transfer to the following: email@example.com.
If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by Kameh violates applicable data protection laws or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the option of complaining to the competent supervisory authority. In Gibraltar, the data protection authority (, www.gra.gi/data-protection) is responsible for this.
