4th of July Sales (Now - July 7)
The 4th of July is a great time to find discounts at most stores. Like Memorial Day, many sales start well before the holiday. Retailers like Walmart, Target, Old Navy, and REI have 4th of July promotions happening now, each with different end dates. This weekend is likely the best time to shop since the 4th falls on a Thursday this year.
Amazon Prime Day Sale (July 16-17)
Amazon has announced the dates for Prime Day 2024, which will be on July 16-17. They are already promoting the event with free PC games for Prime members and big discounts on popular subscriptions. More early deals will be available as Prime Day approaches. While it's mainly an Amazon event, other retailers will likely have sales at the same time.
The best deals are for Amazon Prime members, but new subscribers can get a 30-day free trial to take advantage of the sales.
Labor Day Sales (August 30 - September 2)
After Prime Day, the next big sale event is Labor Day weekend. Many major retailers will have sales during the three-day weekend.
